| Absolutely not. You can't be legally married until the final divorce papers are signed. No exceptions. Sorry. |

| No, you're still considered married until the divorce is final. Besides, what's the rush? Are you in a hurry into another bad relationship? Give yourself some time. |

| it's not legal to marry someone until you are divorced, and in some States, there is even a waiting period.why on earth would anyone want to jump from a bad relationship into another one, when they are emotionally wrecked while getting a divorce.experiencing a divorce, is more traumatic death. none of us have anything to give on an emotional level while we are going through a divorce, or for quite a while afterwards..rebound relationships rarely work out. |
