| Ok so 2 weeks ago I brought in an application to a job,a guy said "this is cool, but were completly full right now so check back later." so then this friday I went back the guy said hold on let me go look for your application. so then he came back and said he couldnt find it that i was going to have to fill out another one. So he went to go get one but then a different manager came out and said Im going to ask you a few questions first to make sure were not wasting our time. so then he asked me questions like do I eat here a lot do I get good grades then he gave me the application and said after I fill it out he would talk to me again and see if I would go farther So then he talked again and said this looks good and said ok now you have to take a test The test was an hour long and 200 questions Once I was done he said he was going to grade it. If I passed he would give me a date to come back and if I didnt he would just say no. so he came back and said Wed 4 clock is this an interview?oh it's a hostess job at a restaurant. |

| I would treat it as one.I gather it is a restaurant job for a low level position. Just dress right, be clean and cooperative. Be prepared for stupid trick questions like "what are you really bad at?". If you get such a self deprecating question turn it around and say something like "sometimes I'm too thorough when performing a task". |

| it sounds to me more than an interview-the interview/test are over.It sounds like it might be more like orientation-show you around and probably offer you the job. Good luck! |
