| okay i was just talking to my soon to be hubby about the wedding programs and he is not HELPING me at all!!! so i figure u guys will!!!so here is what i have so far!!! if i am off please create one for me so i can have an idea..thank umy ceremony starts at 3:30pmwe are thinking about leaving to go take pics at 4:30we get down town by 5:20pm and we starts with the pics6pm reception starts(hour d'eourve is being serve)7pm we enter the ballroom7:30pm the bridemaids and the groom men have their dance7:40pm bride and groom have their dance8:00pm we greet our guest8:40pm best man's speech8:50pm father daugther dance9:30pm our guest will start eating dinner10:30pm dancing11:30pm we cut the cake12:00am groom thanks the guest for comingthis is my first time planning a wedding so please help me!! what do u think? what need help? what need change? what need to be added? please help mei understand all of u guys!! but the reason y i serve the dinner so late is because if the reception starts at 6 and we eat at 7 my guest will leave at 8 which is free loading..my family and friends will just be worried about themselves not me and my hubby's day..it have happend b 4..where they eat and just leave one by one..and it is very disappointing if they don't stay untill 12am..they have nothing important to do the next day (i know for a fact) and hor d'eourve will be serve to hold them until 9:30pm.. |

| 9:30 seems really late to be eating dinner. you have to think about will there be kids there. i've never been to a wedding were the grooms thanks the guest for coming, thats a good idea! |

| Your wedding is at 3:30 and your guests don't eat dinner until 9:30 p.m. at night? Yikes! That is way too late to eat dinner in my book. You need to come in.....eat....then do all the greeting and walking around and talking to your guests. Then cut the cake, then the speeches, then the dances. I don't see anyone waiting around until 11:30 p.m. to eat cake. Your cake will be wasted as most guests will be gone by then. |

| i wouldnt have it that late at night some guest esp older ones might get a bit tired, see if there is any way you could move it closer to like 1 or 2 and just dont take that long for everything else, the ceremony doesnt usually last that long its a good 10 mintues. |
