I got married 3 years ago, and the day of my wedding I weighed 149. In the past couple years, I gained almost 20 pounds, but in the last 2 months I've lost it and I'm back to being exactly 149 - same as my wedding day. I tried on my wedding dress today and it's too tight! I thought maybe the dress shrank somehow, but then I tried on some of the outfits I wore on my honeymoon, and those are too tight too! Does anyone have any explanation on why everything is too tight even though I am 100% positive that I weight exactly the same?? It doesn't make sense to me!

There are a number of things that could have happened. Different types of body tissue weigh different amounts. If you've put on muscle, it weighs significantly more than fat. On the other hand, just a pint of extra water weight stored in the body weighs a full pound, so you could have lost fat but put on water. If you want to loose water weight, check out a quick guide: http://www.raw-food-health.net/WaterWeight.htmlFor weight loss info in general, check this out: http://www.raw-food-health.net/rawfoodweightloss.html

You didn't mention your age or if you had a baby. Weight shifts over time, and you lose muscle mass. I too weigh the same after many years, but have had to box up a lot of my clothing because it was too tight. Try exercising to tighten things up.

Just because you are the same weight doesn't mean the weight is composed of the same stuff, you could've gained 20 lbs of fat and lost 20 lbs of water and muscle in which case the fat would still be there and the % of body weight which is fat would have risen. Fat loss is WAY more important than weight loss.
