| I am not considering this, but we got an insurance replacement estimate for my wedding ring today. With all of the dishonest people in the world today, what measures are taken (other than the honor system) to protect insurance companies from people taking out insurance on their wedding rings, then claiming a year later that they lost them? This just seems weird to me, with the people suing places like McDonalds, for being overweight, that there arent people who claim they lost/got stolen their wedding jewelry?May I reiterate that this not something I would ever consider, my wedding ring is a family heir, I am just curious as to how insurance companies cover themselves from this situation! |

| Ur grousing, aren't u? Seriously, ins is to protect. A person making any claim is most likely put on a universal list of claiments. People get "caught" because they repeat what they do rather than using native intelligence for recognition and reward. |

| Remember something very important, Fraud is like theft...it is a crime. Hope you go to jail and ruin your life for something much more important than the value of a wedding ring.your honor and honesty will carry you far in life, fraud or theft will have to be dragged with you forever. |
