I've been a nail bitter all of my life. And my husband and I hate my fingers. I'm always bitting them and I can't seem to stop and I don't even take notice to it. How in the world can I stop bitting my nails and cuticles I might add and help them grow?? Please help me!! My fingers are in major need of help. I have a gorgeous wedding band and engagment ring and I feel that they would look better on someone else because my hands are to ugly!  PLEASE HELP!!! |

Theres a clear coat of nail polish that works.You put in on daily.. and it builds up short, brittle,nails and makes them long and tough.  I use it alot, Just look at different beauty stores! |

| dip them in something that either smells bad or tastes bad so when you go to bite them it will make you think and you wont. |

| Get nail tips they wont break when you bitte them. this is not permenent its just so you get out of the habbit. keep them on for about 1-3 months and then you wont bite your anils because you know they wont break and you wont want to ruin the polish |

| hahah, i thought this was going to be about b*** growth!anyway, there's like some nail polish thing that's suppose to make your nails grow faster and stronger, but i forgot what it's called. |
