I am 35 weeks pregnant. Two weeks ago I had to remove all my rings (even my wedding rings) due to my fingers swelling up. I did not think of it as much because i have read about swelling in books. But now i have pain when making a fist in my right hand that starts at the palm and goes a little towards my wrist. This hand also seems to be more swollen than the other. Has this happened to anyone else while being pregnant or have heard of it?

This happens from swelling putting pressure on the nerve it usually goes away after you have the baby some times it does not but for the most part it should. If it gets bad you can get a brace to help or some anti-inflamitories.

the increase in bodily fluids during pregnancy *swelling* can cause pressure on nerves which can cause tingling and numbness as well as mild-moderate and sometimes even severe pain in your nerves from your shoulder to your fingers...its harmless and relatively normal during pregnancy. should go away along with the extra water retention after the baby is born. if you are concerned or it is causing you too much discomfort, bring it up to your doctor and see if you can figure out something to make it feel better until you deliver.
