I have straight, brunette hair and blue eyes, which I love. The invitation to the party said to bring semi formal attire for dinner, so I was wondering if this was okay. Yea, its really cute.The colors are great since it is winter and blue is a really fresh color to wear for the season and the shoes are young and cute.Great choice!

Go with the blue dress and silver shoes, so cute and approriate! If you are uncomfortable about your shoulders, carry a white or silver shawl. Have fun!
