| Hi there. I was just wondering if someone could help me. Im am planning my wedding (or trying to) and am currently tossing up between getting silk/fake or real flowers both for bridal party bouquets and table arrangements. I dont want to go to a florist because I am trying to keep the costs down and trying the whole DIY wedding thing. I am more of a freah flower girl and was wondering if anyone has gotten thier flowers from the Sydney, Flemington Flower Markets? If so, how was it and what sort of prices do they charge? Any information will be gladly accepted. Thanks for your help. |

| I don't know about the market you are talking about but my friend did the same thing through a melboune flower market for her wedding. The flowers were gorgeous and looked very professional. She saved heaps of money, the only thing was that she had to go there at about 5am. She had the bridal bouquet, one to toss, 3 bridesmaids bouquets, 4 button holes and 3 corsages for around $200. She used silk flowers for her centrepieces but I think she got them at lincraft or spotlight, I don't remember what she paid for those ones in total. Good luck, hope this helps. |
