We have a problem regarding mini pail favors for our wedding. We've looked every where for BROWN color mini pails but can't seem to find any selling the color. If I'm going to paint it myself how do I proceed on this, it has to be a glossy brown. How about customized or pre-paint services? Does anyone know any services such as Lowe's, hobby lobby, Michaels arts and crafts, or home depot who does this kind of service? If none where do I buy brown mini pails. I would like to help my wife on this but we both are running out of options, thanks

Go to the hardware store. Pick up a couple of cans of glossy brown paint in any shade she wants. Put them on some newspaper and spray them in the backyard. Probably take less than an hour. If she wants a mirror finish then go to Autozone and get the car enamel. How lazy can you get if you are going to pay someone to do a custom job for something like THAT?

I haven't seen the brown pails either but how about doing favor boxes? Here's some really nice ones in brown.http://www.favorstudio.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=469

IMO, and others may disagree with me, but I'd skip the favors altogether. It sounds like it's already a hassle, and they shouldn't be. Most weddings I have ever been to, including ours, offered chocolates or candies as a favor. Simple, sweet-and toss the wrappers. One wedding gave mini wine bottles with the labels as the couple's name and marriage date. But it wasn't saved. The few weddings that offered little trinkities became dust collectors and there is no need for cutesie picture frames or mini pails. Sorry if this is not what you wish to hear, but others may offer a differing opinion.

Hi. Wow! Don't pay someone to do that! Get some glossy brown paint and start painting!!!I know brown is a really hot color for weddings. Do the favors HAVE to be in mini pails? There are LOTS of chocolate brown favor boxes on the internet. But if you both want the pails....then go ahead and paint them. I would not pay someone to custom paint little pails....no one notices those things!! Really!
