Well In your own home you don't have to. And Men should always know when entering a Muslim home to ask if everyone is dressed and be patient. But in front of non-relatives, yes you should were it. Just put a scarf on the hook in the front closet. Whenever you answer the door you toss it on and answer it. And I know many women who don't wear it in weddings. But on the Eid you should be most pious of all time of the year aND wear it. The big Eid is next month the 20th. Just by Christmas isn't that awesome? by the wayAnd If i were you I wouldn't wear it in front of my 1st 2nd cousins. But you know how are cultures are,lol. But if you really close and your barley related I don't see the problem.
