Do the men usually pick them up in the location of the wedding, or in their home locations? How long are the rentals? Thanks!

It depends. Generally, they would get rented ones in the location of the wedding, but if some are coming from a great distance, and there will be little or no time for them to be properly fitted, arrangements could possibly be made for them to get it from a location nearer to them. My husband was even in a wedding once where the groom just said "black tie, white shirt, your choice" and all of the men looked great.

My son's recent wedding: Most men picked up tuxes near the wedding site. The only one from out of town was the best man, who arrived the day the tuxes were ready. The guys picked them up on Thursday for a Saturday wedding. However, two little boys were from out of town (1 1/2 hours away). They weren't going to be here until Friday, and were going home immediately after the wedding. Their mom picked their tuxes up Thursday in their home town, and returned them Sunday after returning home. Basically, you probably should work around the guys schedule to see which is best for them. But also remember the tuxes have to be back to the store the day after the wedding, so you will want to make sure someone can get them back to the proper store.

usually you get them all from the same shop to be certain they match.. if someone is from out of town they can get their measurements done at home and have 1 or 2 tuxes held for them.. it is easiest to have each gentleman pick up his tux at the location for final fitting otherwise it will be a headache to exchange.. consider having someone trustworthy involved in the process to ensure that everyone gets the right tux.. DO NOT TRUST THE SHOP STAFF... they will send you out with the wrong vest with a smile on their faces.as for the length of rental it depends on the day and time of your event and the hours of the shoppe..
