| Hand them out. Personally, Ive perceived it nicer and really cool when people invite me personally and hand me an invitation to the event, than just mailing me something. This is ofcourse if the person lives close. If it's in another state, mail will work better, with a phone call first. |

| hey nice question... i think u should deliver them to your mailing box for work addressed to the people u wish to invite and that way they'll be handed out with there daily mail.. good luck with the wedding |

| Mailing them would be ideal but because of the late date, handing them out would be okay. But, rather than passing them out during the daily meeting, it would be better to approach them individually and give them their invitation. Doing it during a mass meeting can make it seem a bit impersonal and it also gives the impression that they were an after thought. If you do it one on one it at least gives them the illusion that you really wanted them there and took the time to personally invite them. It is just a nice touch. | I think there is absolutely nothing wrong with handing them out. Saves on postage! Besides, saves face in why it took you so long to get them out. Instead of saying "We found room for you!", you can try "I tried looking up your addresses to make a more formal delivery, but i came up short.. so... here!" |

| personally - I feel that there should only be 1 list - reallistically ; how important are people on a **B List** to the couple.this is not a criticism of you personally as I have seen other questions here re the same thing. if you had REALLY wanted them to attend they would have been allowed for in the original mailing. |
