just recently, on Saturday night live the celebrity host's pictures have been colorful, usually emphasizing a few colors. does anyone know what this type of photography is called? how it is done, and how i can do it? is it an editing technique? can i do it with photoshop? please help if you know anything..

ITS JUST U HAVE TO USE USE FASTER SPEEDS IN UR CAMERA TO ADJUST FOR THE LOW LIGHTS.PARTICULAR COLOE ENHANCING IS DONE USING PHOTOSHOP.
