Seared Tuna on sushi rice(rice should be prepared as normal sushi rice, and plated as an hor's d'ourve style in a small disc shape no more than 3/4 inch thick.) add a small square seared piece of tuna marinated in soy/ginger and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeeds.sure to go over as a hit.fruit/cheese platter . . . .and brie en croute....mid afternoon the cheese might not hold up...especially brie.

i have no idea what "baked brie en croute" is.... (a cheese dish i guess but don't know exactly)... i don't eat meat so it'd be nice to have more than fruit and cheese... maybe get some of the egg rolls vegetable and some meat? i'm far from the only vegetarian out there but i guess you know your guests better. it looks pretty varied though so it should be good.

You really should include something vegetarian/healthy for those with special diet needs. I couldnt eat a thing at your wedding LOLHow about a pasta dish? Maybe penne tossed with a little garlic and olive oil and loaded with veggies?

Is it more of an appetizer menu? If so, that sounds good. Good luck!
