Kodak, ISO 100 for outdoor, ISO 400 for indoor, or a lot of people use ISO 200 it's a good all around speed rating.

I like Kodak Portra 160NC* for indoor work with flash. Its also a good choice for outdoors on a sunny day. Portra 160VC* is also a good choice for a more vivid color. There is very little discernible grain difference between Portra 160 and 400 so I use both.I also like Fuji PRO400H for outdoors. For black and white I like Ilford XP2 Super since its a C-41 compatible film and can be easily processed at any one hour lab. Just stress to them that its supposed to be black and white. Kodak BW400CN is also a good choice.* NC is Natural Color; VC is Vivid Color

I only use one brand of film in my cameras be it, 35mm or 120 ...Kodak! 100ASA for outside (sometimes 400 ASA after sunset) and 400 ASA for indoor use.
