| it's in two weeks, and it's an indoor/outdoor thing. there's a church ceremony and an outdoor reception after. my boyfriend is the best man, and his mom told me to wear a dress. i don't know what kind of dress to wear or where to find it... help? |

| i assume that it's a day time wedding since the reception is outside... a nice flowy dress... bring a sweater or jacket in case it gets cold |

| Sounds like a spring wedding. Find a dress with light bright colors to represent springs. |

| I would wear a medium lenghth dress. make sure the material is light weight too. You want to wear something where u can let your skin breath. u can always wear somthing over ur shoulders for later in the evening if u get a chill. |

| Wear a dress that you would wear to church or a business meeting – that is, a little on the conservative side – maybe with a jacket (it could be chilly both in the church and outside at the reception). Avoid anything too short, or revealing (mini skirts, bare backs, deep fronts or long slits). Remember, you’re going to Church – so be a little on the conservative side.Same with shoes. Avoid the 9” stilettos. You’ll get stuck in the grass. A comfortable flat, or “kitten” heel is perfect for out-of-doors. Remember you’ll be on your feet. Hey, how about asking your BF’s mother to come with you to help you pick out a nice dress for the occasion.And again, please look more toward conservative than VaVa! You don’t want to outshine the bride! |
