I usually have a lot of luck finding party dresses at FT Casual or Forever 21. Sometimes I have to look around for quite a while, and I'm almost ready to give up and leave the store, but all of a sudden, one jumps out at me, and it's the perfect dress for whatever occasion I'm looking for!

Try a few bridal salons so you can see which dresses you like and if they can get it for you in the color you need. You can also have them alter the dress for you if its too long. Also try online dress stores and see what they have. Good Luck! |

JCPenney, Sears, Macy's, Dillards, Nordstrom...There are some cool places online too.I don't know if they have a store near you, but DEB was my favorite place as a teen to get clothes and dresses.

The Juniors department at Macy's. Also, since you are 13, you may be able to get a small or extra small in the adult section.Just look around in any major department store. Don't do Forever 21 or any of those cheaper stores. I like their clothes for everyday wear. But, some of their formal wear is cheap. You want to look back at your bro's wedding in 20 years and be wearing something classy.

Try JC Penneys. They have quite a variety. You can also try EBAY. Lots of people sell dresses that have only been worn once. Make sure you look at the measurements or email the seller for them.We have a JC Penney Outlet near us. Now, thats the bargain place!Good luck.
