I am going back and forth between the Canon PowerShot SD870 (8.0 Mega Pixel) and the Canon PowerShot Gp (12.1 Mega Pixel). The difference in price is about $150 (the G9 is more). I take a lot of pictures of children and family events. I also use the pictures for scrapbooking and some digital photo manipulation (collages, etc). I have read a lot of reviews and they both seem like good cameras - I just wanted to see if anyone out there had some opinions (good or bad) on either camera. Thanks!
