It depends on the reception site. If it's a hall, most likely you are responsible. A lot of reception sites do it for you. I would check your contract it should be in there. If you don't have a contract, I would contact the site, ask the question and then ask for a contract with everything spelled out.

People that you hire to do that.Or, someone might volunteer to help-- but you really should not put family and friends to work unless they volunteer to do so.
