| I have a tendency to fall/like guys who generally the female population at my school wouldn't consider and I generally fall on the basis of be able to have decent, meaningfull intelligent conversations with and similar interests etc.This one guy for example, who has similar interests with me, and isnt generally considered "their type", and thus ahs never dated a girl from our high school (both seniors), because of this dates girls outside from school. He thinks i'm pretty though but goes for the bland, sterotypical girls.Another boy who had the same political, music and film interests would flirt with a dumb blonde in front of him in class. his friend said wed be a decent fit...but..nope.Am I just too mature for my age group and am just expecting the others to be the same way?I mean I know I'm not ugly but I guess I'm just a rare seed |

| well most guys like manly things and if a girl likes manly things thats kinda weird so. yeah. in my case i skateboard and listen to death metal, a girl who did that too probaly does not look that attractive.idk if that helps but good luck |

I think you might be forgetting one little thing... Guys mature about 4 to 5 years slower than our lady companions... :)In short, please be patient.. In a couple of years I think you will be very surprised to find that there are a huge number of guys who would love to have the chance to meet you. I also think you will find that they are not just interested in sex, really appreciate being with a smart woman, and will ultimately realize how truly special and unique you are...And yes, I can tell you from allot of experience that a girl like you is quite rare!! In fact, I just found someone as special as you a couple months ago, and I certainly do not plan on letting her get away from me anytime soon!! :)Good Luck and I Hope this helps...  |

| Maybe they are just going for looks. They don't care so much what they have in common so long as the girl is hot...you said the one dude didn't go after the girl who shared interests with him and went after a dumb blonde instead. Well that sounds like he's after the hot blonde even though they don't have anything in common. I've gone after babes who i have nothing in common with tons of times...eventually you get over that. as hard is it is to say sometimes looks arnt everything...but it doesn't hurt. |
