I met a guy a year ago online. We had a scary amount in common. He was leaving and I only was able to spend ten days with him. We talked on the phone every day for the next three months. When he came back we immediately moved in together. I learned how to deal with his jokes. He learned how to deal with my insecurities. We fought but we always made up. I felt like this was real love. We lived together for a year. But he always kept his guard up always want to get away at times. Then came his annual going home to visit family trip. We planned to stay together. He got drunk at a wedding and took a bunch of innappropriate pictures. He said they were for show. I was hurt. He transitioned it into a maybe we should not be together anymore long distance to we shouldnt be together period. Now he doesnt call, its been a month, I see him all over the internet chatting up anyone with legs and I'm crushed. I'm in the bath with a cat he bought running around me depressed and need perspective.
